CALL FOR QUOTATIONS TO CONDUCT A RESEARCH EXERCISE ABOUT SUICIDE IN MALTA
Kindly note that the submission deadline for this call has been extended to Wednesday 2nd March 2022 at 12.00pm CET/CEST.
This was necessary due to missing forms, and other clarifications required by potential tenderers from our end, which could not be completed in a sufficient enough time period to allow for free and fair procedure in accordance to the original deadline which was Friday 11th February 2022 at 12.00pm CET/CEST.
As part of our upcoming project S.T.A.R.T. (Suicide, Training, Action, Recovery & Therapy) being financed through the European Structural and Investment Funds 2014-2020, we are publishing a Call for Quotations for an important part of the project, which will consist of a research exercise focusing on suicide in the Maltese islands.
This research study will seek to determine the level of awareness of the issue of suicide amongst the general public, to identify gaps leading to under-reporting and to conduct an internal and external evaluation of Victim Support Malta’s SPOT service, identifying potential hinderances. No such research has ever been conducted on this scale in Malta.
As part of the CfQ, interested parties are to also fill in and submit via e-mail the required Financial Bid Form which can be found here, as well as the collection of other required tenderer technical forms here. The latter includes a clarification of the Technical Offer, the Key Experts Form, the Statement of Availability Form, and the Self-Declaration Form for either Public Employees or Professionals.
The General Rules Governing Tendering Version 4.2 found through http://www.etenders.gov.mt/Resources shall apply in principle to this Call for Quotations.
