Have you ever heard that heat can effect your mental health?
The weather can easily affect people’s moods. If it’s sunny outside, one tends to feel good and positive. When it’s cloudy and rainy, people generally feel somber.
Yet research shows that even temperature alone can have an effect on one’s wellbeing. Heat affects one’s ability to sweat, which can for example give rise to depression symptoms. For some people it can also cause an increased feeling of aggression.
