Did you know that your mental health benefits from exercise?
Mens sana in corpore sano… but how and why? Exercising helps people feel energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, relax and push aside negative thoughts.
Studies show that exercise can help with depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD and PTSD. Sport can make people feel good about themselves, as well as blow off steam, when life becomes ‘a little bit too much’.
