Did you know that food not only effects your body, but also your mental health?
For quite some time now we know about the effects certain foods can have on your body. We know that fast-food is bad, fruit is good, but do we also know about the effects foods can have on you mentally?
Meat, fish, eggs, lentils and other sources of protein should be your culinary weapons of choice in beating the blues. Eat more oily fish, because he brain needs Omega-3s. And cut out processed foods. People who eat fresh foods have much lower rates of feeling down.
