Did you know about doodling therapy?
Doodling is something that quite a lot of people do. You are busy with something in front of you, but are also doodling at the same time on the paper at your hand. You don’t care about what you are doodling, you are just mindlessly doodling.
There is a research that indicates that doodling helps with your memory retention. For example, in one experiment participants listened to a mock phone message about an upcoming party and were asked to write down the names of people who could attend the party and ignore the names of those who could not attend.
